Caring Kind Fund
What is the Caring Kind Fund?
Provides financial support to employees in times of unusual need, up to $750/year, with a maximum of three uses during employment. The Caring Kind Fund is funded through company and employee donations.
Who is eligible:
CFPS employees who have been employed for more than six (6) months.
Worked 500 hours in the past six (6) months.
Has a good attendance record.
Lives out the CFPS Mission, Vision and Values.
In good employment status:
Not in final warning disciplinary action status.
Not on an unresolved Performance Improvement Plan.
What are the requirements:
Application must be completed in it’s entirety.
A copy of the invoice must be submitted at the time of the application submission.
CFPS will pay the organization directly.

Applications must be submitted between the 1st and 15th of every month. If approved, the funds will be paid by the 5th of the following month.
Employees will remain anonymous during the review process. Employees from various departments will review the applications.
